Very strong protest against the high criminality of the Prime Minister Mr. Samaras who after committing all the grave crimes viz flagrant violation of the Constitutional Law, International Law, Vienna Convention, Lisbon Treaty and of course the most important Convention of Human Rights of 1950, continues to govern the country with the totally illegal abuse of power by the criminalities of National Intelligence Services and remaining secret police including that of Mr. Sfakianakis (internet censorship) with result at this moment Greece with the support of European Union’s criminal part continues to hold the legal files of the robbery of 435,000,000 USD still unsettled.
It is understood that except of the National Intelligence Services we have the criminalities of the whole justice system with result Greece at this moment to violate the United Nations article 6 and Lisbon Treaty article 2 and 7.
We did notify several times the religion part of our country since as per article 3 of our constitution the prevailing religion in Greece is that of Eastern Orthodox Church, however the archbishop of Greece being openly condemned by several religious organizations remains silent.
Therefore unless within the next 24 hours we receive the government confirmation that justice is going to release all the illegally withheld files and judicial corollaries issued by the inspector Spiros Barbastathis we are going to inform the whole world and especially all Greeks of Greek churches and religious people of abroad that Samaras must be immediately expelled from the Greek nationality since as per article 3 of constitution Mr. Samaras as a Freemason tries to destroy the beliefs of Greek Christian Orthodox, Catholics and of course Islamists.
Actually the fallen President Mr. Papoulias continues to talk about justice in Greece which case became a joke since according to the professors of constitutional law Mr. Papoulias having signed the Memorandum of Understanding is considered a traitor of the Greek Nation.
We presume that this time we will have the freedom to send immediately to European Union and all embassies in Greece our messages and to prepare the prosecution of Mr. Samaras and his government to the International Criminal Courts.

After 10 years of communication with European Union without any success we sent on the 4th of August 2014, a message under the title “Last Attempt to Demolish Samaras Dictatorship in Greece and Abroad”.
Unfortunately this message, like all others, remains unanswered even by Mr. Bjorn Berge (Director of Council of Europe’s Private Office), who has previously accused us of being on the Grey List of the C.O.E.
Frankly speaking we are surprised to read this grave accusation especially when the Greek government (since 2005, 4 Prime Ministers and 13 Ministers of Justice plus all the Supreme Court high rank Judges and Prosecutors failed to give an answer to our denunciations which of course are 100% fully supported by legal documents) consequently Mr. Bjorn Berge failed to give us the appropriate reasons of being in the Grey List. Most probably Mr. Berge ignores the prevailing savage conditions in Greece, especially in the justice section, since the government and the justice departments are not releasing the special judicial corollaries which were instructed by the late Vice President of Supreme Court and issued taking into consideration the crimes of the European Court of Human Rights president Thomas Hammarberg and the Greek – Jewish Vice President Christos Rozakis (this man has to be immediately arrested and executed since he betrayed our nation in order to help Zionist high criminals).
In other words, this is most probably the first and sole case in the history of human rights since the 1950s. When all participants of European Union are talking about the article 6 regarding the right to a fair trial and instead not only any trial was permitted but judicial corollaries were buried illegally by this unheard action of the Greek governments and justice division we lost our rights as per European Convention on Human Rights 46 articles. Mr. Bjorn Berge, can you understand the criminality of all those people involved?
We are not going to discuss how many times we have reminded the whole Europe and United States Security and Exchange Commission for the serious crime committed by the European Union partners.
It is understood that we have many times accused the high commissioner Mrs. Navi Pillay for failing to exercise her duties as per United Nations Human Rights status.
Finally, Mme. Navi Pillay on the 15th of August 2014 expressed to International New York Times and especially to Mr. Nick Cumming-Bruce the reason of her failure to award unconditional justice during her 6 years in the Geneva office.
Fortunately, as a diplomat she was undeterred maybe because it was her last official interview, case which shows that the powerful countries of United Nations, despite their assurances of Democratic handling of human rights, unfortunately, are hindering the free exercise of high rank employee’s duties.
Actually we want to emphasize that for 10 years we have never received any answer of the whole European Union because since the first day of the robbery we have openly denounced that the highly corrupted UK Defense Club and their lawyers Holman, Fenwick & Willan, have robbed by using abuse of power 435,000,000 USD and being part of the Zionist criminal society they succeeded not to be forced to pay the money back.
We are asking Mr. Bjorn Berge, where is our fault? Do you think that Europe could continue to be governed under such circumstances of using abuse of power and committing grave crimes? Was that the vision of the founders of the European Union? I highly doubt it!
Most probably you are aware for the second crime of French Freemasonry that they have hindered, and still continue doing so, the Interpol director Mme. Mireille Ballestrazzi to invade Holman, Fenwick & Willan office in Paris since all crimes of using fraudulent bank guaranties and Royal Bank of Scotland’s grave crimes were perfectly cooked in Paris/Greece. So where is our fault? Because we still insist that the whole Europe tries to bury a case which is a big robbery by Zionists? Do you know about all the criminal actions in Greece? If not, please have in mind that for the last 10 years the full staff of Supreme Court of Greece, judges and Prosecutors, are trying not to release any document which reveals the unheard robbery. In addition, in the whole case there is a special lady, named RAIKOU, who acts as an Inspector of the Court of Appeal and is the most corrupted person in Greece. In fact, she is holding all the documents and we insist that she must be immediately kicked out of Greek justice system. Even her superiors sent a message to the 4th Magistrate of Athens telling her that this lady and her coworkers are cheating Mr. Kollaros. We have made known to the justice system however the lady insists not to release the documents because if those documents become released, at least 50 people must be sent for life sentence behind bars.
Since you are fully aware of the prevailing conditions in Greece we have to remind you that at this moment our president of the republic is a fallen person since he accepted to violate the constitutional law by accepting the memorandum of understanding which sent our country to full catastrophe.
In addition, Mr. Samaras still continues using special presidential decrees contrary to article 44 of the Greek Constitution which is totally unacceptable and considered a serious crime. How despite such crimes Greece continues to be your best friend in European Union?
Most probably the European Union tries to survive under strange conditions. Unfortunately I have spent all my life and I am in a very bad financial condition, and I will not hesitate to use any Al Capone crime to get my money. Please take into consideration that I am 60 years in the shipping business and my credentials are, I presume, the best ones, since I have never touched any illegal money. Consequently I consider all of you supporters of Jewish and Greek gangsters.
I have to tell you that in this robbery in addition to all the above mentioned criminals there is the ex-President of the Parliament, Sioufas and his cousins, lawyers who have signed unconditionally memorandum of understanding with my company and these filthy people by succeeding to get an illegal first instance Court decision which of course is a life-sentence crime they have violated the banking law.
Can you believe that this is a life-sentence punishment case that the gang of 4 Prime Ministers, members of the Zionist criminal team, are trying to cover?
Mr. Bjorn Berge unfortunately I want my money and I don’t have any trust to European Union criminals. I will spread my claims around and especially I have to present this letter to the general Secretary of United Nations since according to the rules article 6 Greece must be immediately expelled from any United Nations organization. And for the sake of good order we remind you that Greece for the last 10 years violates the Greek constitutions, the International Law and especially the Vienna Convention 1969 which is the most serious convention and since foreign ambassadors in Greece are not taking the necessary steps to remedy all these criminal actions, we are going to demand the immediate evacuation of our land by such criminals. Otherwise, Greece will remain a jungle!
Even though what I am telling you is well known to you, I will not hesitate to state the article 27 of Vienna Convention: “A party may not invoke the provisions of its internal law as justification for its failure to perform a treaty”.
Needless to mention that Lisbon treaty article 2 and article 7 are more than enough to kick Greece from any European Union Organization. If such action is going to let down Mme. Merkel, frankly speaking, I do not care. Because lately, everybody considers Mme. Merkel responsible for the disastrous financial condition of Greece.
We have to notify that BAR Associations of England, France, USA and Greece are continuously providing hindrances not to nominate the proper lawyer to sue all the criminals in the International Criminal Court.
In case you have the slightest doubt about my denunciation I accept to pay special monitoring team to arrive in Greece for further investigations which investigations in the Security and Exchange Office in Washington D.C. were hindered by Rahm Emanuel and Mary Schapiro (2 brilliant Jewish friends of Mr. Obama).
Last but not least, all the above actions show that Zionism is fully responsible for all abnormalities in the European area and I presume that if Europe and United States prefer such turbulences then don’t be surprised that the power of Islam and Jihadists will increase with unexpected momentum.
I am waiting the expulsion of Greece from any organization and the immediate collection of my money.
